For backflow prevention testing, the visit includes: a full mainline camera inspection (downstream from cleanout to municipal connection), water-pressure readings at three points (street, after PRV, fixture-side), a fixture survey if the scope spans the building, and a drain-line trace for any branch suspected of partial obstruction. Every reading is photographed and logged. The session typically runs 90–120 minutes.
Within 48 hours of the visit, you receive a written findings report: scope of work, photo and video documentation (the camera footage and stills), code references where applicable, a 12-month service plan, and the itemized estimate. The report is formatted for co-op boards, property managers, mortgage underwriters, and insurance carriers.
